Intersex Kenya Education and Advocacy (I.K.E.A) was duly registered in September 2023, born from the vision of one impeccable I person; Frankie Robert Kibagendi

This is where our work cuts deepest. Every program we run - legal, medical, educational -exists to close the gap intersex Kenyans face in accessing healthcare, education, legal recognition and economic opportunity.

Rights-affirming healthcare: Inclusive, rights-affirming healthcare, SRHR education, mental health and psychosocial support, and advocacy against non-consensual medical interventions.
